30-day cancellation notice is required. Membership is non-transferable. Membership benefits do not rollover. See membership agreement for complete details. 

A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of services and is at the discretion of the guest to adjust. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
